Oh wow, there's a lot of stuff I'd love to ask Alex  Grin

Just to start off with...(I'm sure I'll think of some more at some stage)

1) You've mentioned that you're A.D.D in interviews. Is that just a figure of speech, or have you indeed been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder?

2) Were the similarities between Mick St John, and James Malcom Rymer's character of Sir Francis Varney (Varney the Vampire -1847) planned, or just a coincidence?

3) Do you believe Vampires can be seen as gender neutral or fluid? What is your opinion on the gender of Mick St John. As a Vampire, do you believe Mick St John could be gender identified as something other than 'male'?

4) Comparing the works of early writers, such as Doctor John Polidori, and Bram Stoker, and more modern day authors, such as Anne Rice, and Poppy Z Brite, with some of the more recent Vampire novels et al, do you think the Vampire Genre overall is becoming more heterocentric in focus than at any other time in the genre's history? Or will the Vampire always maintain the mystique of ambiguity?

5) What is your opinion on the plan to do an American remake of 'Let the right one in'? Will you see it? And do you think it's important for the integrity of the story that the character of Eli remains a boy.
